1. The main tank of the system is uniquely designed to achieve high glue production efficiency and ensure a fine and homogeneous glue quality.

2. In addition to the automatic dispensing devices for alkali solution, borax, and steam, the system is equipped with an automatic conveying system for powdered chemical additives and a liquid chemical additive feeding port. This is suitable for high-speed tile production lines and special cardboard production needs.

3.The high-speed system features a unique pneumatic design, using Taiwan electromagnetic valves to ensure reliable operation under various conditions. All the equipped motors are from Taiwan Shengbang brand, and all the diaphragm pumps in the system are from Canadian or American brands.

4. Material reporting function: The system allows real-time monitoring and statistical tracking of the total amount of materials used. It collects consumption data, conducts cost accounting analysis, and provides basis and measures for cost reduction.
